Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by The WellBeing Centre.

Payment and Currency

All prices quoted and charged are in New Zealand dollars. In-clinic payment for consultations and nutritional supplements can be made by EFTPOS, credit card, and cash. Credit card payments can be made over the phone or in person. The WellBeing Centre does not accept payment by bank transfer.

Shipping Policy

The cost for postage and packaging to courier nutritional supplements direct to our clients is $5.50 and is usually delivered within 1-2 days.

Cancellation Policy

The nature of our practice means we dedicate individual time to you. If you miss any appointment without a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged for the time that you were scheduled for. This amount must be paid before your next appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling to notify Rosanne, you may need to reschedule your appointment, and you may be charged. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms and conditions on this website.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the WellBeing Centre will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
